From London/South East:
- The easiest and fastest route is usually M3;A303;A30.
- Take the Honiton turn off the A30 (shortly after the Little Chef), then follow signs for the A35 to Dorchester.
- Home Farm is 3 miles along the A35 in the village of Wilmington.
- The hotel is the last building in the village on the right-hand side.
From the M4/M5:
- Travelling south on the M5, take junction 28 (Collumpton) and turn left on the A373 to Honiton.
- On reaching Honiton town centre, turn left at the T-junction, up the High Street to the roundabout.
- Turn right on the A35 signposted to Dorchester.
- Home Farm is 3 miles along the A35 in the village of Wilmington.
- We are the last building in the village on the right-hand side.
From Exeter or Exeter Airport:
- Take the A30 East.
- Go past the Honiton junction, and take the next junction signposted A35 Dorchester.
- Follow signs for the A35 to Dorchester.
- Home Farm is 3 miles along the A35 in the village of Wilmington.

Area Information : Home Farm is located on the A35 and is 3 miles east of Honiton, and 6 miles west of Axminster.

Hotel Information : For the business traveller, our easy-to-find location, combined with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and easy access to Exeter, make Home Farm a perfect base for those conducting business in and around the South West.
The entire hotel has undergone substantial renovation and refurbishment between 2005-2007. All public areas feature Axminster carpets, fine leather and natural wood. Bedrooms have all received attention and include new carpets and many have completely new tiled bathrooms. In-room toiletries are perhaps the widest range you are likely to find in a small hotel. Even the thatched roof has been completely renovated.
With 12 rooms and parking for up to 30 cars, you can be assured that parking will never be a problem.
